NEC Option C c.£1b – Leading the change and contract administration and providing planning support for JV Main Works Contractor (CVBJV comprising Costain, Vinci and Bachy Soletanche). The works include a main tunnel extending from Bermondsey to Abbey Mills Pumping Station, and a secondary connection tunnel from Greenwich Pumping Station to Bermondsey. The works across 7 worksites include cofferdam installation, ground strengthening, diaphragm walling, shaft construction, SCL tunnelling works, TBM tunnelling works, CSO construction and subsequent civil, architectural, and landscaping reinstatement works.
HS2 – Old Oak Common Work Package 7
NEC Option C c.£13m– Providing the full project planning function, contract administration and change management support for JV Subcontractor (SB3JV comprising Bachy Soletanche and Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering) for the construction of approximately 1.8km diaphragm walling and bearing piles for the new station box.

NEC Option C c£2m – Providing the full project planning for JV Subcontractor (SB3JV comprising Bachy Soletanche and Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering) for the construction the construction of the insitu concrete piling to the station and station accommodation building.
A303 Stonehenge Tunnel and Road Project
NEC Option C c£1.25bn – Providing tender planning and commercial support for the successful JV Main Works Contractor (More JV comprising FCC Construction, Webuild and BeMo Tunnelling) for the construction of the proposed tunnel’s, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and technology components along with the approach roadworks and structures, and the environmental works.

NEC Option C £100m – Planning and NEC guidance for JV Main Contractor (CSJV comprising Costain and Skanska) for the main construction, platform fit-out and mechanical and electrical services for the western ticket Hall and eastern ticket hall.
Crossrail C512 – Whitechapel Station
NEC3 Option C £350m – managing change and contract administration for JV Main Contractor (BBMV comprising Balfour Beaty, Morgan Sindall and Vinci). Refurbishment of the existing Whitechapel Station in the Hammersmith & City and District Line cutting, new station bridge concourse above the East London Line cutting and the new ticket hall behind the retained building fronting on Whitechapel Road. The works also included constructing new shafts and platforms for the Crossrail tunnels plus related architecture and mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
Crossrail C510 –Whitechapel and Liverpool Street Station SCL tunnels
NEC3 Option C £350m – managing change and contract administration for JV Main Contractor (BBMV comprising Balfour Beaty, Morgan Sindall and Vinci) for the construction of the Whitechapel Crossrail Station and Liverpool Street Station SCL tunnels including shafts, adits, platform tunnels, Tunnel Boring Machine reception chambers and launch chambers, cross passages, access passages, escalator barrels, ventilation ducts and a link passage from Crossrail Liverpool Street Station to the London Underground Northern Line Moorgate Station platforms.
Crossrail - C405 – Paddington Station
NEC3 Option C - c.£450m - managing Subcontractor change and Subcontract administration for JV Main Contractor (CSJV comprising Costain and Skanska). Construction of Paddington Crossrail Station. Associated works undertaken by including full station construction, urban realm and associated traffic management works.
