ADRIAN HERR - COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Adrian Herr is a commercial manager with 15+ years’ commercial and contractual experience. Adrian has experience in a range of contracts including NEC, JCT and bespoke contracts covering a range of construction sectors including oil and gas, commercial, residential and infrastructure, with a particular focus on civil engineering. Adrian is skilled in all aspects of post contract commercial management and quantity surveying including claims and disputes.
Adrian has extensive experience managing change, claims and disputes and on high value major infrastructure NEC projects as well as experience of pre contract commercial management including tendering and contract agreement and management of commercial teams.
Adrian also has valuable planning skills with regards to change and claims and is experienced in the use of P6 which is typically used across the industry, and in particular on NEC projects.
NATHAN BURMAN - PLANNING DIRECTOR
Nathan Burman is a project control and planning professional with over twenty years' experience in the rail, civil, power generation and water industry. An expert in the NEC form of contract able to advise on project and programme strategy to ensure contractors and subcontractors are able to demonstrate impacts and recover real time and cost.
He champions the change function on projects for multiple clients and is influential in driving positive changes within organisations. His opinion and leadership are valued by our clients as much as his work is.
Nathan has led planning teams on several high-profile infrastructure projects and has been successful in solving many complex problems using his experience gained from multi-disciplinary projects.
WILL LUCK - COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Will Luck is a commercial manager and chartered surveyor with over 20 years' commercial and contractual experience. Will has experience in a range of contracts including NEC, JCT D&B, JCT SBC, and PPC 2000, covering a range of construction sectors including civil engineering, MEP, LUL works, commercial, mixed-use schemes, health, education, and residential. Will is skilled in all aspects of post-contract commercial management and quantity surveying including claims and disputes.
He has extensive experience managing change, claims and disputes and on high value major infrastructure NEC projects.
Will also has valuable planning skills with regards to change and claims and is experienced in the use of P6 which is typically used across the industry, in particular on NEC projects.
MAHER SAHAWNEH – GRADUATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Maher is a Civil Engineer with a master’s degree in Construction Project and Cost Management. He is currently engaged in the Thames Tideway Tunnel East Project in London, an NEC option C contract where he is successfully assisting with contract administration and change management. He is committed to fostering collaboration, addressing complex challenges, and ensuring the seamless progression of projects within the construction industry.
ANDREW FARID - PLANNER
Andrew Farid is a civil engineer with a master's degree in Construction Project Management. A construction planning professional, who is highly skilled in Primavera. He has a wide range of experience gained from working on different types of projects ranging from hospitals and residential buildings to multi disciplinary infrastructure projects.
ANNA FRANCIS – JUNIOR PLANNER
Anna is a Civil Engineer with a master’s degree in Construction Project Management. She has recently made a change from site management into planning and joins us as a junior planner. Her experience ranges, from managing and coordinating construction projects to leading site supervision for critical civil works. She has good knowledge of the NEC form of contract and has successfully developed and managed clause 31 and 32 programmes on tier 2 works for HS2.
NATALIE MAGUIRE - OFFICE MANAGER
Natalie is our office manager and provides a range of administrative duties behind the scenes. Natalie is responsible for our day-to-day accounts, social media management and our website, event planning and any other tasks that may be thrown her way.
